Feedback & Complaints

Feedback & Complaints

Your feedback matters. We welcome compliments, suggestions, concerns and complaints, because they help us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.

Speaking up will not affect your supports

Participants have the right to raise a concern or make a complaint without fear that their supports will be reduced, withdrawn or negatively affected because they spoke up. This is a right, not a favour.

Handled respectfully

Feedback is handled respectfully, confidentially and as promptly as possible.

Bring someone with you

You may choose to involve an advocate or support person at any point. You do not have to do this alone.

Go outside us if you prefer

You can raise a concern with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly, at any time, without telling us first.
